Big Jack (larger version)
The water level continues to fall and it will be soon be impossible for our boats to land at the beach in front of the camp.

Some relief is in the forecast. Precipitation and cooler temperatures are in store. Although there doesn't appear to be a tremendous amount of rain coming, it will keep the water temperature down, which in turn will keep the fish more active.

Our current guests are reporting numbers of hookups which may have already surpassed last years total catch. All anglers are enjoying their success and anxiously await their next session.

I was fortunate enough yesterday to get a chance to wet a fly. My efforts were rewarded with a nice grilse which gave me quite a show and leaping in the air at least 5 times before I was finally able to land it. Some Fun!!!
