Hot Weather Hot Fishing
Posted 13 July 2010, 10:39 pm NDT
Humid and hot on the Lower Eagle today. While the number of fish taking a fly seemed to decrease it didn't stop our anglers from hooking and releasing their limit of fish. This hot weather is forecast to continue and I can safely say that the hot fishing action will continue as well.

The number of fish landed over the past 3 days is a strong indication of the total amount of salmon that make the annual migration to the head waters.

Although the actual number of fish on this river is unknown anglers who have fished the Eagle know that the number is immense.
