The Slick is Hot
Posted 13 July 2010, 12:12 am NDT
Another banner day on the Lower Eagle. The hot spot was a honey hole called the slick. Our anglers all had success there today. There was much friendly banter among the guests as to who would get there first.

The guests treated themselves and the staff to a delicious meal of Planked Salmon for supper. a very tasty treat that was enjoyed by all.

The water level on the river continues to fall slowly but is still higher than normal for this time of year. The Bathtub is still not able to be fished but hopes are high that it will be before the week ends.
