NO BOOKING IS GUARANTEED until a 30% deposit is received. The 30% deposit is 50% refundable until December 31st of the year prior to your arrival date. After Dec 31st the deposit is non-refundable. If a trip has to be cancelled after the refund cut off date of December 31st, your deposit can be used toward a booking the following year.

Balance is due at camp prior to departure. The balance will be made up of your package price less deposit + charter cost + license fee + any special requests. Balance can be paid by Cash, Cheque, Travellers Cheques, Visa, & Mastercard.
