Well yesterday we remained consistent with 32 fish total for the
camp. The day was sunny and warm with heavy gusts of wind.

There was a second double header in Pratt's that resulted in a rod
being broken in 2 pieces and the salmon being released safely
back into the river.

I heard another amazing story too and you would have to be
familiar with the Eagle to understand.

This story was told to me by another angler who started with:
"If someone told me this I wouldn't believe it." I'll let you be the judge.

Lets just say a Salmon hooked on the beach heads between
Elephant Rock and Ladder Rock and heads up river. It goes into
the backing before it gets tangled in the rocks above Williams
Rock.

The Salmon was successfully released after being landed on the
beach.

Not an easy task. The boat anchored in Williams run hauled
anchor and disentangled the fly line from the rocks and the
waderless angler wet more than his line. TG
